Toy Run is synonymous with a great day out for the entire family and comprises of entertainment, stalls including food stands and events. The Toy run is identified with the teddy bear insignia and although most participants donate soft, cuddly toys there is also a desperate need for toys/gifts for older children: • Sporting equipment – cricket bats, balls of any type, tennis rackets etc. • Jewellery and craft kits, toiletries & make up for older girls. • Puzzles and board games. • Drawing and art equipment and fun stationery. • Books are welcome although they will be distributed to the libraries at the children’s homes rather than to an individual child. • PLEASE – no toy guns of any sort – these will not be distributed.
